Batusan started ball valve manufacturing in 1978. Since the start of manufacturing, through dedication to quality, product innovation and our commitment to customer service, we always targeted to be the best manufacturer. We manufacture all our products in our production facility in Turkey, %100 Turkish made products. This allows us to provide 2 year unlimited warranty for our products.
We use %100 European origin raw materials and we produce our valves %100 in our Turkish based facilities in Istanbul/Turkey. Our products have been installed throughout the world, handling a wide variety of applications in the Gas, Oil, Refining, Chemical, Food, Power Generation and Pipeline Transmission industries. We have the manufacturing cability to produce valves up to 56" DN1400.

Production
Batu Valve has all kinds of facilities within its production facility with a closed area of 7.000m2. It carries out its production and activities in its factory, which can meet the modern and contemporary business requirements. It has machines and benches that may be needed in the machine park, such as CNC and test equipment. The trained and specialized personnel successfully manage the valve production process.
Batu Valve fulfills the process from industrial design to the delivery of the products to the customer with great care.
